THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Groningen Netherlands.
They are a major pharmaceutical enterprise which serves international clients. Their research and breakthroughs are globally praised.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the continuous quality control and release of all lab products. You will follow GMP standards and procedures, and as senior member of the team you will be responsible for coordinating the department and educating your team members. This job will require you to be flexible, stress resistent, and capable of managing a diverse team.
You will start with a temporary contract of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
It is up to you to guarantee top quality with all processes in the lab
- Collect samples from all products
- Execute chemical lab tests and validation
- Support the optimalisation of methods and procedures
- Evaluate test results and conduct regular check-ups on production data
REQUIREMENTS
An MLO or HLO diploma
- Several years of experience with method optimalisation
- Knowledge and experience with cGMP methods
- Leadership skills and experience with team management
- A pro-active and independent mindset
