The Ammega Group was founded in 2018 as a result of merging the conveyor industry Ammeraal Beltech conveyor business with Megadyne’s power transmission and fluid power business. You might not even know, however probably you are able to see their products in many aspects of everyday life, like at the airports, food production, logistics centers, shop floors, and even in your gym or local supermarket. Their main production is directed to conveyor belts, power transmission belts and hydraulic hoses which we use every day.
Currently, for my client Ammega I am looking for Candidates for CHANGE MANAGER to join the Ammega Business Centre based in KATOWICE.

Currently, for my client Ammega I am looking for Candidates for CHANGE MANAGER to join the Ammega Business Centre based in KATOWICE.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with leadership teams to deliver value through people, by redesigning (local) organizations, building capability, developing effective leadership teams and embedding behavioural change;
- Effectively design and manage change in Ammega complex organizational context;
- Support the people side of technology and data driven organizational transformations;
- Translate the organizational strategy into the change strategy and manage the execution of the change strategy to support the Finance, ICT, Procurement and HR Transformation Projects;
- Create the conditions for successful organizational change coming from the transformation projects.
- Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams
- Ensure that KPI's are met
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (HR, Business, organizational development, psychology)
- Experienced on behavioural and/or technology enabled change management programs
- Excellent in communication, leadership skills and culture understanding
- Fluent in English
- Strong experience in the area of project management or change management or transition management
- Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
