Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

A leading name in industrial world, our client provides logistics solutions for its industrial customers throughout the world. The company is a service provider in the field of logistics towards the Pharmaceutical Industry on a global level. The company is active in Europe, but also in Noth-America, South-America, South-Africa, Asia, Rusia & Australia.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a global QMS. In this roll you will be part of the Leadership team leading the Quality team ensuring the development of a quality culture across the global organization. Oversee and coordinate the quality assurance and compliance program at a global level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Integrate into the global and executive team environment with an understanding of the importance of your role, key responsibilities and relationships with fellow team members
- Engage with leaders and subject matter experts to assess the need for operational
- Act as organizer of global operational quality / compliance policies
- Contribute actively to the design of a Quality System
- Establish global quality operational metrics and KPI’s

REQUIREMENTS

- 8+years of experience in Quality Management
- Experience in the Forwarding or the logistics sector is required (10 years+)
- Excellent knowledge of general QM principles, international QA standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001 & 14001, AEO, GDP, FMD, etc)
- Experienced people manager, able to work with a remote regional team of Quality Professionals
- Fluent English oral & written
- International travel – regular, up to approximately 50%
