ROLE DESCRIPTION
Improve the demand and supply planning systems (OMP, SAP, APO), represent the first level of support for the demand and supply planning teams and ensure interfaces accuracy between SAP APO, SAP ERP and OMP. You will take care of the development and growth in the team by giving workshops and training's. The communication with other planning teams all over Europe is very important so an international attitude is required in this job. You will be responsible for strategic partnerships and manage external suppliers. Next to this tasks you also have an important part in analyzing data to improve the planning and buying process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing first filter by assessing priority and system set-up alignment
- Define and follow-up on a project to implement agreed changes in the system within own scope of responsibilities
- Capture request for systems changes
- Improving the demand and supply planning systems
- Act as business partner for IM in gathering requirements, aligning on design with supply planning team, user-testing etc.
- Be the SPOC for the improvement projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferred in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology
- 1-4 years of relevant experience (planning/demand/supply analyses)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and preferably French
- Knowledge of IT systems
- Knowledge of reporting systems
