Call Center Manager CEE
For our Client-international recruitment service organisation from the temporary employment sector we are looking for International Recruitment Call Center Manager. It will be the new position in the company structure with a strong impact to the business. This role will be based in Wrocław.

Our Client is well-know, leading international recruitment service organisation from the temporary employment sector. The company has a long tradition and operates in the CEE area.
Description
- Further development and professionalisation of our International Recruitment Call Center
- Developing strategies for sourcing candidates to work in CEE countries
- Responsibility for the results achieved, quantitative and qualitative parameters
- Cooperation with the Management Board in the area of creation of the candidate sourcing strategy and further development of the company in the Contract Center Channel
- Execution of short- and long-term goals
- Managing a team of Managers in the CEE region
- Searching for business opportunities, improving existing processes and maximising achieved results
- Analysis and monitoring of data and ability to draw conclusions and implement changes
- Reporting of results to the Management Board
- Supervision and cooperation in implementation of marketing campaigns in order to achieve goals
- Analysis and tracking of competitor's activities, monitoring of labor market trends,
- Representing the company, establishing and maintaining relationships with business partners in order to achieve set goals
Profile
- minimum 5 years of experience working in a Call Center, preferably in temporary employment sector in international organisation
- practical experience in team management
- fluent English- C1
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Decision-making and creative problem-solving skills and strong orientation towards achieving goals
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Be an excellent project manager, coach, team worker and builder
- Active driver's license, category B and ability to frequent business trip,
