For our Client – production company in the chemical industry, we are looking for a person for the position: Buyer with German 

Grace is seeking a Buyer with good German Language skills to join our regional Procurement operations team! This role will be in Poznan and report to the regional procurement operations Team Leader. 

Are you seeking a fresh challenge? Consider becoming a member of our global procurement organization as a Buyer. In this role, you will support our German Operations in Worms and Düren by facilitating efficient execution of indirect procurement activities, evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating pricing and contract terms within a specific spend threshold, and supporting our end users through our Source to Pay process, including issues resolution. Your primary focus will be on providing tactical support and timely execution while ensuring cost efficiency and master data control.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for a new suppliers, concluding contracts, negotiating terms,
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers, solving problems
• Managing and monitoring transactional purchases 
• Customer support in everyday problems (related to costs, quality, delivery, customer service) 
• Cooperation with other departments

Requirements: 

• Experience in a similar position
• Konwledge of German at an advanced level
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Ariba
• Experience in conducting negotiations
• Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work
