Business Support Specialist with German
Miejsce pracy: ŁódźResponsibilities:
• Receivables analysis and active cash collection to maximize results
• Customer account housekeeping
• Maintenance of customer master data
• Payment terms monitoring
• Monitoring and updating of prices in the system (price updates, quality check of order prices/correct invoicing)
• Monthly reporting and trend analysis of incoming orders and ensuring high quality of order entry (quality checks)
• Rebates & Commissions - setting the agreements in the system, accruals and settlements
Job Requirements:
• Support must be provided in German
• Previous Customer Service / Helpdesk experience / Finance is a must
• Good understanding of English is essential
• Ability to achieve Key Performance Indicator targets
• Must be a team player
• Strong problem solving abilities and assertiveness
• Motivation to learn and work in a service desk environment
