THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will work for several business units in the EU region.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Business Analyst JD Edwards will be responsible for managing an international portfolio of JDE applications and the associated business process improvements. You will liaise between the business and the IT departments and act as Project Manager for international projects. You will develop strong understanding of business processes in order to optimise them and gather necessary information and requirements.
On international level, you will be responsible for standardisation within the ERP portfolio and work on several international projects. Therefore you will focus on change management, implementations and the development of best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the liaison between internationally dispersed business units
- Support during implementations within the EU region
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance professionals
- Requirements and information gathering
- Drive change by applying new technology
- Act as project manager for delivery within scope according to project budget
- Establishment of project governance within international portfolio
- Definition of investments according to company strategy
- Training of end-users
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
- Strong understanding of business process knowledge in finance and/or supply chain
- Expert in JD Edwards
- Previous experience in portfolio management is a strong plus
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary environment
- Previous international experience is a strong plus
