THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will work on several harmonisation projects.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Business Process Manager will be responsible for several improvement and harmonisation projects on international scale. By collaborating with internationally dispersed supply chain specialists, you will improve the overall collaboration and implement standardised business processes. Therefore, we are looking for an ambitious supply chain professional with previous international experience and strong knowledge of ERP implementations and optimsation projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the liaison between dispersed Supply Chain business units
- Business Analysis of ERP and Supply Chain processes
- Maintain and improve working knowledge of current supply chain processes
- Stakeholder Management, both internal and external
- Develop strong understanding of Business Processes and new technology
- Continuous improvement
- Act as Project Manager in international implementation projects
- Create awareness of trends and recommend improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- At least Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Supply Chain or similar
- Previous experience as Business Analyst within supply chain environments
- Proven leadership qualities
- Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules
- Project Management skills and preferably Prince2 certified
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Analytical, strong communication skills, persuasive and assertive
