Business Process Architect Finance

Client Details
The role is responsible for designing and deploying standard finance processes and support implementation of SAP.
Description
- Design and Deploy Standard Finance processes and support implementation of SAP template across the organization
- Support the BPOs in Template enhancements and SAP roll-out activities
- Discuss, collect, and document the user requirements from the roll-out countries in Finance domain
- Ensure that user requirements are comprehensive per country, completely documented and communicated on-time
- Responsible for consistent and integrated E2E business process design for Finance
- Support the preparation and follow-up of the fit-to- template workshops, and participate actively in the process design
- Support end user trainings by preparing training materials and running training sessions
- Work closely with the IT Solution Architects to understand the enabling IT infrastructure and if the Process Model can effectively be translated into the proposed solution(s)
- Supports in ensuring 80/20 standardization of the E2E business processes and Template design
- Provides feedback on functional design of RICEFW's
- Provides feedback to the Solution Delivery team on technical solution concepts (Detailed Specifications (DS)
- Supports the BPO in the completion of the Process Reference Model
- Responsible for the documentation of the processes in ARIS
- Support the BPO in the definition of the E2E business process KPIs
- Translates principles, standards & business rules into IT requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities in the Finance domain and create business case to support implementation
- Executes on the BPM roadmap of Process improvements and standardization
Profile
- Bachelor in either BA or Business IT (or related) and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance Domain
- Deep understanding and experience in Finance sub process and end to end processes (Procure-to-pay, Order-to-Cash, Acquire-to-retire, Record-to-report)
- Several years of experience in business process transformation in Finance. Controlling knowledge is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Digital Finance trends and automation possibilities in Finance domain
- Experience of at least 3 years in developing design concepts for standardized and harmonized process and deploying into local business units
- Willingness to travel, if required
- Profound English skills in verbal and written form and ability to communicate and present clearly and effectively in a variety of communication settings.
- German or knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset
