DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Your daily role responsibilities with our company will be as follows:
Support implementation and improvement of processes and procedures for the Business Plan, Demand forecast and Workforce Plan
Support development/analysis and assessment of the NCI Agency Demand Forecast against Ag ency Business Portfolios
Collect, consolidate, analyse and maintain highlevel management and summary information about the agency's programmes and portfolios of work
Support the development of Agency Workforce Plan, business plan and cascaded Business execution plans for the Agency business units
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
If you have passion for the work described above, here are the basic qualifications we are looking for:
Degree or equivalent work experience in related field
Experience in Demand Analysis, Workforce Analysis, Business Planning, Financial Planning;
Experience in market analysis, feasibility analysis and aligning b usiness practices with emerging strategies
Experience in defining mechanisms to collect, analyse and report the input/data from various sources and partners.
Demonstrable experience in programme/ project management.
