

Business Development Manager CEE - Dental Equipment
We are looking for a business development manager who will be responsible for Poland and the CEE region.

Description
- Development and execution of a strategic business plan showing the perspective of a
successful Company's development in the Area including the development of sales, dealer
/ distribution channel, local marketing portfolio, competition, opinion leader program and
fulfilment of the team needs - Development and execution of the annual budget including a local marketing plan with the support of the company management and Central functions
- Managing, training and supporting the dealer network to continuously guarantee a good co-operation with our distribution partners
- Monitoring business development of each dealer
- Development and maintenance of an effective and efficient local Organization that guarantees the maximum sales and profit for company
- Management of the local sales function including training of selling skills and product knowledge, sales representatives reporting, directly or indirectly, and time and territory management
- Management of payment from dealers
- Observation and anticipation of important trends and shifts in the corresponding market
and activities of our competitors - Optimization of Customer Service level in order to fulfil the customer's needs and expectations
- Management and proper control and care of the goods property of company, maximizing its proper use, longevity and constant availability
- Development and maintenance of an open line communication between market,
dealers and company management - Proper coordination of the Professional Service Manager´s activities to maximize
the effect and efficiency of the actions developed with Opinion Leaders, Universities and general practitioner
Profile
- University degree in a business or a dental-related discipline
- MBA ideal
- At minimum 5 years success in achieving sales/profit targets as a Sales Manager
- Created and successfully executed sales strategies, budgeting, administration
- Fully understands the P+L function and committed to on time delivery of results
- Achieved results through others, managed managers
- Effective development and management of processes to grow and drive sales organization
- Excellent leadership skills and a great motivator
- People and Performance Management. Identifies key drivers and low performers and is initiator of changes
- Customer Relationship Management and fully understands mass marketing and its implications
- Fully understands working in a matrix organization
- Highly analytical, especially in financial analysis
- Good communication skills including presentation
- Fluent in English (written + spoken)
- Willing to travel 60%+ (stay overnight)
