Role Description

As a Business Developer you are focusing on new bookings targets in your assigned territory and services (clinical biomarkers and anti-infective). You have knowledge of the industry and understand the way of working in a CRO and complex bio-pharmaceutical organization. With your colleague, you will be responsible for the Europe region. You report to the Senior Director Business Development and work closely with Scientific Affairs and Proposals/Contracts who are your internal clients.

Responsibilities

In this position your main responsibilities will be:
- Achieve new bookings targets for your area and service;
- Map the clients and market in order to know all sales opportunities;
- Keep up to date the CRM system and your administration;
- Maintain and build relationships with your (potential) clients;
- Attent Sales meetings weekly.

Requirements

- Proven record of 5 years of experience within a CRO or relevant B2B environment;
- M.Sc. or MBA in Healthcare/Life Sciences (B.Sc. and B.A. are also approved);
- Fluent in English, extra languages are considered a plus;
- Proven track record of successful Business Development activities.
