Project scope:
- Support and lead change projects as part of Global Operations Europe Transformation Programme (process improvement, operational excellence, migrations, organisational redesign, digitisation etc.)
- Responsible for requirements life cycle management/solution design as well as change and implementation activities for high complexity and scale projects from initiation to closure
- Business Analyst role is heavily business focused, it is not an IT role
- Adopt Company"s Business Transformation Framework within the project and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Lead, develop and motivate the team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of objectives
- Drive and encourage constructive cross-country and cross-business teamwork
- Work closely with delivery partners to shape the programme, ensuring there are clear goals, benefits, scope, governance and delivery structure with planning, design and estimating, bringing together delivery and business partner teams; actively managing dependencies between teams and other projects and programmes
- Establish relationships with key project stakeholders; influence and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes
- Provide timely reports on project/programme status, risks and issues, evaluating performance based on management information
- Anticipate issues and risks and address them quickly, with an understanding of the critical path. Develop strategies to manage risks
Competence demands:
- 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in business analysis role on complex projects across countries or regions
- Understanding of banking/financial services industry and/or shared services organisations
- Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven track record of building, fostering and maintaining best practice solutions and tools to improve / optimise work flow, identify opportunities for synergy and integration, simply complex process and maximise production with fewer resources.
- Knowledge of MS Office and business analysis tools
- Business Analysis Certifications (CBAP/CCBA) are an advantage
- Fluent English
