THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
You will work with globally dispersed business units.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Business Analyst will be the liaison between the IT departments and Medical Affairs business units. You will collaborate within a global PMO for the delivery of new Veeva CRM projects. In order to do so, you will gather business requirements and develop deep understanding of business processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the liaison between globally dispersed business units
- Collaborate with IT and Medical Affairs specialists
- Analyses of business requirements
- Act as 3rd line support
- Support the PMO during Veeva CRM implementations
- Optimization of current Veeva CRM portfolio
- Development of manuals and documentation
- Training of end-users
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years’ experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GxP
- Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
