Your new company
For our Client, international company that is opening new IT Center in Katowice, we are currently looking for O2O/CRM Business Analyst who will become a part of a new team of business application specialists providing support to the Group across its application portfolio.
Your new role
Holding the role of O2O/CRM Business Analyst you will support the migration to a new ERP product (IFS) from an SAP oriented landscape. You will act as an interface between the business operations and the IT function, providing broad coverage of functional and data requirements, management and development. You will work with the business and IT stakeholders, supporting the applications, processes and data covering manufacturing (your functional area). As a Functional area lead you will ensure consistency across business units, application configurations as well as provide functional expertise. Moreover, you will create functional specifications to define the necessary configuration, planning, designing and assisting in organising solution testing. As a Data Steward you will be in charge of manufacturing data, providing reports and guidance on the quality of data, issues, errors or incompatibilities, within the context of reporting and BI needs.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you need to hold min. 5 years’ experience in relevant functional area together with professional qualification in manufacturing/ O2O/ CRM or related field. You need to hold knowledge of MS Office tools and collaboration as well as ability to have a good balance of big picture with attention to details. Moreover, you need to be able to understand and follow strategic and tactical objectives. Additionally, you should have experience with financial data & reporting, chart of accounts and financial consolidation. Due to work in international environment you need to speak English language.
