This opportunity is to join to our Client regulatory consulting practice in Wroclaw, consulting for investment banks in regulatory requirements related to IB Collateral Management. As part of initial deployment, you will spend 3 months in Amsterdam consulting for a top investment bank.
Day to day responsibilities in the role will include (but not limited to):
-Supervise the daily collateral management process and ensure this process takes place timely and accurately to meet client’s obligations under legal documentation such as CSA, GMRA or GMSLA;
-Manage escalation processes with different stakeholders in order to maintain operational excellence in all margining activities
-Ensure that best practices and Target Operating models for collateral management activities are followed in all Collateral Centers.
-Act as advisor and executor in all projects and new implementations impacting Collateral Management.
-Monitor management reporting for all business partners;
-Review processing procedures and propose improvements to increase efficiency;
-Implement and align changes to processes as required by new regulations, projects, or policies.
-Achieve high-quality delivery with stringent client and regulatory deadlines
Preferred Skill sets:
-Masters in Finance/IT with 1-4 years of relevant professional experience
-Demonstrate strong understanding in below areas
-Financial Markets products, especially derivatives
-Legal documentation regarding collateralized products,
-European Banking regulations impacting Financial markets industry
-Bilateral Margining – Initial Margin under EMIR European regulation
-CDS, NDF, IRD and Swaps clearing
-GMSLA / GMRA collateral management projects
-OTC Derivatives Collateral Management
-Acadiasoft / Margin Sphere / Exposure Management Tools
-Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders
-Excellent documentation skills and self-organizing capabilities
-Fluent communication skills (English)
