- Customer Master Data maintenance
- Triggering the billing process
- Reconcilation of Customer Statements
- Perform cash applications
- Preparation and distribution of dunning letters
- Other OTC transactional tasks
- Ensure smooth operations of OTC reconcilation activites
- Respond to ad hoc requests from senior management
- Support market spacialist on short-pays, update and provide information on customer account
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 1-2 years prior related job experience required
- Industry or shared services experience
- Fluent French Skills
- Analytical Skills
