Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in West-Vlaanderen Belgium.

A rapid growing company American, the are expanding their marketing team to gain a stronger foothold in Europe and establish a strong marketing unit. They offer ample opportunity for their employees and strive to stay one step ahead of the competition.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Brand Manager you are responsible for improving marketing operations, standardising performance reporting, improving business review processes, and supporting the design and track of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, with the goal of improving business performance and informing investments to drive growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Campaign management of assigned products, including development of promotional and campaign materials, ad copy, ads, product brochures, sales aids, multimedia materials, technical articles, trade show demonstrations and promotional events
- Close collaboration with agency and internal partners to create, develop and implement tactical plans to meet defined timelines
- Develop presentations to customer facing functions and management in various meetings
- Ensure a high level of cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, budget adherence, customer service and creativity in managing and executing all aspects of meetings and conventions for the brand.
- Manage the budget for all meeting, convention and association engagements through collaboration with brand team budget owner
- Collaborate with Global Brand Team counterparts for international representation in key association meetings

REQUIREMENTS

- Min 3 + years of marketing experience-pharmaceutical field preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations
- Demonstrated strategic leadership skills
- Strong organisational management
- Demonstrated track record of successfully coordinating the efforts and results of multiple functional areas
- High degree of customer focus
