Role Description

This company is looking for a new brand manager who has a passion to make healthcare better. You will create strategic directions for the company and on the other side you will create internal and external education strategies. The company expect from the right candidate to realize portfolio growth through the development and execution of marketing campaigns for European customers.

You will deliver strategic marketing to achieve growth across the Maxillofacial & Thoracic product segment. You will collaborate with other marketing team members, other partners and also the developing of productive relationships. Your partners are the marketing team, sales teams, regional managers, key opinion leaders and other clinical stakeholders. For this role we expect a brand expert who understands product performance and customer needs.


- Being an expert in Brand Management Medical Devices
- Create assets and other tools to give marketing strategies more impact
- Give advice to business leaders about marketing strategies to increase company revenue
- Collaborate with customers and third parties for a good market overview and understanding of the right approach
- Monitoring Sales and Marketing trends, to create recommendations


- 8+ yrs of Marketing Management experience in Pharma or Med tech industry
- BSc Degree in related field
- Speaks English and an extra European language
- Strong commercial network. Able to build strong convincing relation
- By nature structured and able to work in a hectic environment
- Passion for clinical Marketing
