To be the face of the luxury Brands in the Prestige and Luxury goods arena.
To identify opportunities to deliver the cross hairs strategy with in the Prestige On and Off Trade channels,
and 3rd space. Activate portfolio of brands in order to optimise brand building, sales, distribution,
visibility and velocity within agreed budgets and strategic guidelines.
Prestigious client within FMCG industry specalizing in the luxury brands in the Prestige and Luxury goods arena.
Engagement and 'Ambassadoring':
o Embody brand values, beliefs and attitudes to become role model for third parties
o Act as a trusted advisor to the customers by developing strong relationships with outlet
management to advocate the portfolio (including upcoming NPDs), propose and agree
business development opportunities etc.
o Explain features and benefits of range, outline how the portfolio is being supported in the
marketplace, outline a relevant strategy for the portfolio in the specific store type
o Direct staff to relevant contacts to order product, order POS material, set up contracts etc.
Execution and Endorsement:
o Develop, implement (where relevant), monitor and adjust individual account/outlet plans in order to achieve Brand/Channel strategies and objectives
o Work with the team to deliver account specific promotion activity and activations, including
sampling to drive endorsement
o Where relevant ensure presence of the portfolio on outlet websites
o As part of regular visit cycle, audit outlet compliance with contracts
o Develop targets for relevant premium outlets across ranging on/off shelf,
activations, bar/pouring, displays, PoS, menus etc. based on individual outlet potential, discussion
with outlet management and in line with brand strategy/activity plans. Targets to be incorporated
into managed outlet contracts
Education: Lead outlet level account/consumer education on the Premium portfolio e.g. staff education,
implementing consumer educational POSM etc.
Tracking: Evaluate effectiveness of all customer marketing activity against pre agreed objectives to drive
greater efficiencies and effectiveness
Prospecting: Identification of new outlets based on learnings shared and own research
Insights: Gather on the ground insights and feed back into central teams
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience managing accounts and the Prestige Spirits or Wine/Champagne of Luxury goods arena,
alternatively experience as F&B in a luxury hotel or as manager of a luxury shop.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
Excellent portfolio product knowledge and presentation/training skills with flair
A passion and interest for Luxury with strong connections in the industry
Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of Prestige brand building with ability to bring
creative even disruptive solutions and balance commercial delivery.
Experience in with working remotely and with virtual teams.
Strong Measurement & Evaluation experience with proven track record of leverage learning to deliver
Experience of working with or in a 3rd party distributor model.
BA or equivalent or 5 plus years work experience in similar role.
Conversational English is mandatory.
