Currently for our Warehouse in Głuchów we are looking for:
BMS / Energy Manager for building automation
As BMS Manager for building service engineering you’ll support the building facility management team in our logistic center. You will manage all activities associated with the Building Management System scope of work. You will provide support in relation to all maintenance tasks and projects being undertaken, including day to day breakdown, equipment updates, new installations, and building/infrastructure upgrades. With a strong team you’ll help thousands of customers each day.
HERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Overall responsibility of monitoring, testing, troubleshooting and carrying out all necessary maintenance works, and reactive task associated with the Building System Management (BMS),
- Performing error diagnostics, faults corrections and contribution to the safety of the BMS system by sending information on detected faults/hazards to the building management team
- Performing assembly/installation including electrical systems and connection of electrical loads, contribution to preparation of revision documentation
- Overall Energy management, handling set points and parameters of the system
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of testing and measuring records including fixed and mobile electrical appliances and devices
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You have successfully completed a professional education in the field of industrial electrics/automation/control engineering or comparable professional technical education (preferably with an additional qualification as master craftsman or certified technician) and have at least 2 years’ experience
- Knowledge in the automation levels of building control systems and their systematic networking, operation saving systems and operational knowledge of electrical appliances.
- Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience with Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) / Building Management System (BMS) - BACNet, KNX system, MODBUS
- Good command of English (German language will be an asset)
- SEP certification E1 will be an asset
