ROLE DESCRIPTION
You know as an experienced and hands-on problem solver, that working within a production environment like Black Belt is challenging, important and no day is the same. You report to the OpEx Lead. You will find yourself in a multidisciplinary team that elaborates all aspects of Operational Excellence within the site. You will mainly work as a black belt within Six Sigma, but you will also lead other very diverse and challenging projects, using the wide range of OpEx methodologies such as Six Sigma, Human Error Reduction, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project lead and coach you use many proprietary tools (Six Sigma, Human Error Reduction, etc) to help with the further development and improvement of the organization. You come into contact with many stakeholders within the organization: From work floor to site leadership team.
Important aspects in your range of tasks:
- Executing and delivering very diverse problem solving and improvement projects
- Facilitate projects and coach colleagues in the successful application of Six Sigma and Human Reduction
- Providing training with regard to Six Sigma and Human Reduction.
REQUIREMENTS
Engineering training or equal experience
Experience within a production environment
Project and process improvement experience
Black belt certification
Team player that is at home in many disciplines
Experience with leading and facilitating teams
Fluent Dutch & English
A real problem solver with a broad field of interest
Strong in stakeholder management and communicative skills
Strongly developed interpersonal skills
Analytical and structured attitude
