Your new company
For our Client, international company that has recently opened new Center of Excellence in Chorzów, we are currently looking for BI Project Manager.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be responsible for establishment of BI methodology (based on Microsoft Power BI) to drive innovation and empower decision makers with business-critical insights. As the BI Project Manager, you will be responsible for identification and translation of business needs and requirements into BI tools to establish an efficient and effective set of the KPIs (balanced scorecard). You will be working across multiple geographies with cross-functional teams supporting the data requirements, driving enhancements and improving the business processes. Moreover, you will develop and prepare strategies for BI processes for organization, prepare architecture for data and provide business object solutions as per requirements. You will manage and customize all ETL processes as well as improve efficiency in business analytics and reporting by harmonizing fragmented data structures. Also, you will supervise efficient working of all BI projects and perform appropriate tests.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you need to hold at least 4 years of experience as BI/Analytics Expert/ BI Business Analyst and/or BI Project Manager. You need to hold analytical and solution-oriented mindset with ability to inspire stakeholders in decentral multi-national environment on new approaches. You must be self-motivated and innovative in developing adequate and pragmatic solutions as well as hold strong project-management skills to steer internal and external resources. Additionally, you should have advanced ETL competencies, proven record in establishing BI tools and actionable KPI and Scorecards. Moreover, you must be experienced with MS SQL Server, Excel/VBA and Power Point. Due to work in international environment, you need to hold fluent English language skills.
