Backoffice Specialist with German
Miejsce pracy: GdyniaResponsibilities:
- Responding to requests of financial system software users
- Customer and supplier serving - e-mail and telephone contact, accepting orders, data processing
- Supporting the accounting department on a daily basis
- Logging all help desk queries in the system
- Diagnose and route technical issues to Technical Support desk
What you need to have:
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and communicative English (B1)
- Very good analytical skills
- Experience in Accounting / F&A educational background would be a plus
- Strong contact handling skills and active listening
- Team work spirit and ability to focus on customer needs
