Here is what you will do:

As part of our agile development team you ensure the continuous improvement of our platform for different end devices. We are improving existing infrastructure and writing new services in order to meet business goals and requests of our clients. You will ensure that all components of the stack and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. To do so, you have several responsibilities in your day-to-day, including but not limited to:

-Developing new features as well as transforming client features into our core product
-Translating requirements, designs and wireframes into high quality code
-Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

You work in close collaboration with colleagues from all disciplines, share ownership of code and architecture and have all creative freedom to bring in your own ideas.


Here is what you should bring:

-You bring a solid understanding of how the web works and 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
-You use TDD technique on daily basis
-You are not afraid to make decisions and to take responsibility
-You have experience with cloud solutions like AWS, Kubernetes, Docker. It will be a plus experience with provisioning of cloud solutions
-You know how microservices work or have experience in distributed services ecosystem
-You keep yourself up to date with current technology trends and are passionate about technological challenges
-You are a teamplayer and you can think creatively "out of the box"
-You bring self-initiative and aim for the best solution and quality.

Must have experience with:

Ruby, Ruby On Rails, Javascript on a base level, Background Job processing, RDBMS, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, RSpec or Minitest, shell scripting, Linux systems, Git, Docker.

You know what stands behind OOP, SOLID, DRY and YAGNI and can count more than 5 patterns.

Good to know technologies, principles, tools and languages:
AWS, Kubernetes, NoSQL, DevOps, Python, Distributed computing principles.
