Automation Test Lead

Early stages of the Client's next Software Platform evolution development for new Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) Electrical Architecture. Project is focused on creation of the modern Software Defined Vehicle digital infrastructure. Target Software Platform will operate in variety of the environments and is critical to:

Expand the use of industry adopted APIs

Support high velocity application development

Enable next generation vehicle applications

Luxoft will focus on providing core parts for Automotive Middleware around AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive) including: networking, configuration, security, diagnostics, etc. Additionally Luxoft will participate in development of components for virtual environment. This virtual environment will provide support of the CI activities including: automated builds, virtual ECUs/Machines and automated testing support.

Project management maturity must reach ASPICE level 3. It requires establishing of the transparent project execution monitoring and control. Each participant will be responsible for providing evidences of systematic and significant achievement of the defined process attributes.

In this position you will be responsible for helping the FNV work streamlining, shaping the vision of the architecture and designs, assist in development and software verification process.

The Test Lead is responsible for making sure correct version of hardware and software is used for testing within verification team and at every test environment / test system applied within the project. You ensure that the test results are correctly reflected in Dashboards to provide a solid input for the development teams and project management. Embrace the mindset of agile development and takes responsibility for the end-product being developed.

Regular duties of the Test Lead in the project also include:

• Organize the test process, test documentation, and test reporting
• Review of requirements regarding testability
• Creation of the test concept and test plan per software component
• Coordination of test case creation and test execution
• Review and reporting of test results
• Participation in relevant Scrum ceremonies
• Drive the implementation of test strategy and tactics
• Oversight the testing activities of other team members
• Specify and Implement automated tests or executes tests where automation is not possible
• Review of requirements regarding testability
• Creation of test specification and test cases based on component requirements
• Execution and evaluation of tests
• Reporting of bugs to the backlog
• Participation in relevant Scrum ceremonies

>4 years of experience in testing, validation, verification of complex SW projects

Experienced in managing verification and validation process for platform and variants (test methodology)

Analytical and conceptual thinking, proactive and committed.

Knowhow about setup and configuration of test environment including test bench and test automation.

Manage test case development and updates based on requirements.
