Automation Manager PMO
We are currently looking for English speaking candidates with experience in managing automation and operations digitalization (preference at the regional level) to support the company in boosting their Industry 4.0 approach.

Description
- Creation and management of Automation & Operations Digitalization strategy
- Qualification of preferred supplier list for Automation & Operations Digitalization
- Compiling the project portfolio by classifying, selecting and prioritizing projects, based on the company strategy and available resources, preparing decision-making and facilitating decision-making for the portfolio board
- Planning resources at the portfolio-level, optimizing use of resources and solving resource conflicts
- Maintaining current employee data, especially in terms of capacity, project allocations and skills
- Standardizing methods and processes in project management
- Selecting, implementing and training employees on applicable tools and software
- Creating a knowledge base with Lessons Learned and Best Practices from past projects to avoid repeat errors, training and coaching project leaders and stakeholders
- Providing administrative and operational support for project managers and project teams e.g., conflict management, workshop moderation, etc.
Profile
- Degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in Automation Project Management, preferably within cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food sector
- Knowledge of project management methodologies e.g. agile, Prince foundation would be an asset
- Proven track of record in initiating, coordinating and implementing automation solutions
- Excellent analytic skills, ability to see bigger picture and act upon opportunities
- Leadership skills that can help bring together people and teams towards a common goal-as a result
- Ability to engage and influence outside reporting lines
- Professional level of English in speech and writing, additional European language would be an advantage
- Availability for business travel (up to 25 %)
