You will be working at one of the ten largest biotechnology companies in the world. Their goal is to deliver high-quality medicines worldwide to patients with diseases that so far have no or little cure. The site is located in North Brabant.
Role
You will be part of the Information System team. This team is young, ambitious and dynamic. Together you will have a Global Focus and support the SAP and Vistex related systems capabilities. You will be part of multiple projects and give daily support of the Vistex application. If you get excited from collaborating with vendors and IT to resolve incidents and implement different system projects in a Fortune 150 company then this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Recognize trends in incidents and strive for continuous improvement.
• Manage operational incidents and work with diverse groups of Vistex users.
• Create and support interface diagrams, functional designs and technical specifications.
• Be a part of a Contracts & Pricing product Team where you will take part in the order-to-Cash projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and IS systems in a GMP or Pharma environment.
• Experience with Vistex.
• Good understanding of automation systems architecture.
• Very good communication skills and ability to communicate with users who are encountering problems and understand incidents.
