Role Description
As a Logistics Associate you will be responsible for the International distribution and quality of our client products.
You will be working with the returns department, being responsible for the follow ups and the complaints regarding the products from internal and external stakeholders.
In this role you will be working with a team from Noord-Brabant.
Responsibilities
- Hold safety checks according to the GMP and GDP regulations
- Grant that the documentation is appropriately processed
- Grant that records are correct and up to date
- Deal with returns process
- Handle complaints
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Life Sciences; Supply Chain or Logistics Management
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, GMP and GDP
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
