THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
I am looking for an associate for the global clinical supply chain department. In this position you will have a supportive role to the Global Supply Chain Planners and will learn the base of the complex and dynamic demand and supply chain planning processes of this organisation. Once experienced, low complex studies can be assigned to become a full professional global supply chain planner.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will ship (under limited supervision) efficient and in compliance with clinical regulatory requirements clinical supplies to the customers.
The entire global supply chain department has several roles including the Set Up of supplies, Customer Service and Planning. The planning team is responsible for planning the inventory in centralized warehouse and local clients. The planners apply several Demand management and Supply Planning processes in an complex and demanding environment.
All this tasks need to resolute into a process who can runs smoothly and cost efficient.
RESPONSIBILITIES
.- Provide distribution support to the planning and Logistics Service Providers teams
- Create and Process Clinical Drug Shipments
- Create or coordinate obtaining of necessary shipping documentation
- Schedule and Process STOs
- Create or coordinate obtaining of necessary shipping documentation
- Track and trace shipments and ensure smooth delivery to Logistics Service Provider
- Resolve shipping issues
- Perform review of temperature data for shipments with specific temperature requirements
- Support performance of data analysis, trending and corrective actions
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor supply chain, logistics or business administration or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in English, in writing and speaking and preferably in Dutch and Spanish/ French
- Experienced in Excel or a similar complex it program
Preferred Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, in writing and speaking
- Experience in working with SAP or with another complex erp system
