Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

Pharmaceutical organization with presence worldwide. There are more than 500 people located in the site located in Breda (Noord Brabant).

This biotech organization has a very innovative, developed and well-established medicine portfolio.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Associate Supply Chain/ Customer Service represents the unique first point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, wholesalers, hospitals, company affiliates, suppliers and other local service providers for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will be responsible to handle and resolve service/ transport issues (including track and trace). When you cannot give a proper solution, you will need to escalate the issue to other departments or higher layers.

In this position, it is crucial to develop and maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders involved both internally and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
- Executes track and trace on daily basis, follows up on delays, and signs off reports.
- Executes returns for all order types, credit and debit notes, follows up timely release.
- Ensures knowledge of GMP/GDP and job related training is up to date.
- Handles and resolves service / transport issues (including track and trace).
- Provides departmental support upon request.
- Identifies and initiates process improvements.
- Timely process of credit, debit and return orders, tracks and trace reports include following up on delays, and logs Customer Service complaints.
- Handles call and mail; ensures precies and promptly response to customer queries with the agreed service levels and applicable conditions.
- Correct Customer Master Data set up and review.

REQUIREMENTS

- Native German, fluency in English.
- MBO/ Bachelor or higher education in Economics, Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related area.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service or sales.
- Ability to shift between tasks in a dynamic environment and work within diverse, international group of people.
- Knowledge of SAP or Track Wise is highly appreciated
- Customer and service focused.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Experience with issue handling in a Supply Chain environment.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to set priorities and timely escalation.
