- Je plant en beheert interne en externe meetings
- Je draagt zorg voor de financiële administratie
- Je ondersteunt bij het opzetten van overeenkomsten
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel leveranciers als interne contacten
- Je assisteert collega’s in de breedste zin van het woord
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (Nederlands en Engels)
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Officepakket
- Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische industrie is een grote pré

Dit dynamische, snelgroeiende team is op zoek naar een assistent die een energieke en positieve bijdrage levert aan zowel de teamresultaten als de ‘team spirit’.Responsibilities
- Je beheert, bestelt en ondersteunt bij het actualiseren van marketingmaterialen- Je ondersteunt bij het organiseren van evenementen, bijeenkomsten en reisarrangementen
- Je plant en beheert interne en externe meetings
- Je draagt zorg voor de financiële administratie
- Je ondersteunt bij het opzetten van overeenkomsten
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel leveranciers als interne contacten
- Je assisteert collega’s in de breedste zin van het woord
Requirements
- Minimaal MBO Administratief/Secretarieel – niveau 4- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (Nederlands en Engels)
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Officepakket
- Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische industrie is een grote pré
