Management of the excursions system: adding new excursions (local tours and activities in over 30 countries), changing and updating information about products, monitoring of reservation panel;
Contacting clients and suppliers to inform about reservations;
Responding to customer inquiries;
Sales and booking reporting;
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Polish – a necessary requirement;
1-2 years of experience - travel industry or customer service experience preferred;
Great communication skills - ability to effectively build relationships and communicate through a variety of communication channels;
Time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively;
Attention to detail;
Persistence when facing challenging situations;
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Bachelor Degree in tourism is a plus but not required.
