Opis stanowiska pracy

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of the excursions system: adding new excursions (local tours and activities in over 30 countries), changing and updating information about products, monitoring of reservation panel;
  • Contacting clients and suppliers to inform about reservations;
  • Responding to customer inquiries;
  • Sales and booking reporting;

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Polish – a necessary requirement;
  • 1-2 years of experience - travel industry or customer service experience preferred;
  • Great communication skills - ability to effectively build relationships and communicate through a variety of communication channels;
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Persistence when facing challenging situations;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Bachelor Degree in tourism is a plus but not required.
