For our Client, an international manufacturer from Automotive industry, we are currently searching for experienced Engineer, who will join its structure at the position of Assembly Process Engineer dedicated to their new project in production plant based in Lubuskie.
Responsibilities:
- Writing Technical Purchase Specifications
- Planning & Execution of activities,
- Stakeholder management.
- Overseeing engineering activities
- Overseeing installation and commissioning / supervise new machines start- up
- Documentation / responsible for production organisation in compliance with health and safety as well as quality rules;

Responsibilities:
- Technical Project Management – Coordinating and managing technical projects from idea - to completion phase. This includes:
- Writing Technical Purchase Specifications
- Planning & Execution of activities,
- Stakeholder management.
- Overseeing engineering activities
- Overseeing installation and commissioning / supervise new machines start- up
- Documentation / responsible for production organisation in compliance with health and safety as well as quality rules;
- Make suggestions for improvements in all matters within your area of responsibility, implement modifications on processes to improve efficiency and quality performances;
- Analysis of production process based on PDCA methodology;
- Flow management improvement and ergonomic workstations;
- Give engineering support to general activities, such as technical operations, commercial, IT, Sustainability etc.
- Obtain and maintain knowledge of relevant Rules, Regulations and Standards within the key areas.
- Ensure that in all matters, prior to decision, an economic and businesslike assessment is made so that the project is executed with the utmost efficiency and the best economical result for life time cost.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar.
- Preferred minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience with industrial equipment, specification and purchasing.
- Experience of PFMEA, MSA methodology.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Knowledge of the main manufacturing processes and assembling is appreciated.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Lean philosophy, principles and tools
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team, in multicultural environment
- Electrical and Automation knowledge from the area of control system will be advance
