ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the artwork reviewer you will be part of the artwork department that consists of creators and project managers. It is a central department of the organisation which is supported by regulatory affairs, packaging, quality and marketing departments. Together you are responsible for the creation of artwork for over 50 countries
Your role is to ensure high quality artwork by reviewing them according to internal procedures. You also make sure that this happens according to schedule and represent the team when presenting to the other stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write, maintain or support in preparing training material and provide on the job training
- Changes and/or additional responsibilities with associated tasks can be initiated by the Manager
- Report issues, challenges, difficulties etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Fluent in English
- Affinity with languages
- Ability to work in an intense and changing environment
- Able to follow through on tasks and motivate others to meet deadlines
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment
- Experience in a labeling environment
- Familiarity with printing processes
- Strong quality mindset
- Accurate and very detailed oriented in artwork review
- Strong communication skill
- Flexible, ability to meet strict timelines in a changing environment
- Timely escalation to management
