Role Description

In a team of 8 artwork desginers and technical reviewers and two artwork planners you will be responsible for the design and artwork. You complete daily assigned tasks by the artwork planner. You will be part of the Central department in the global supply chain organization and have interaction with supporting departments like Regulatory, Packaging Engineering, Quality and Marketing. Creating and reviewing artworks for 75+ countries in 40+ languages.

Responsibilities

- Artwork Designer and Technical Reviewer
- Complete daily assigned tasks by the artwork planner
- Artwork design and coordination
- Creation of high quality artworks per agreed timelines
- Ensures high quality, complex artwork, right first time are reviewed per procedures
- Ensures on-time review of created artworks
- Meet right first time and lead time metric targets
- Reporting to the manager labeling operations
- Represent artwork and contributes to cross-functional projects
- Contributes to global standardization in artwork designs

Requirements

- Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment
- Experience in a labeling environment
- Familiarity with printing processes
- Strong quality mindset
- Following procedures is key
- Accurate and very detailed oriented in artwork creation and review
- Good team player
- Strong communication skill
- Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication
- Flexible, ability to meet strict timelines in a changing environment
- Network builder
- Timely escalation to management
