Area Sales Manager
The person on this position will be responsible for representing the company, acquisition of new clients and maintaining good relationship with current clients.

We are currently looking for a Area Sales Manager for our client, global leader in integrated HR solutions, powering positive change in progressive organizations focused on enhancing health, productivity and financial security of their people and benefit plan participants.
Description
- Maximize revenue by concentrating on highest potential companies in Poland due to pre-defined sales strategy;
- Search new prospects and build database;
- Setting targets and tracking of the KPIs;
- Supervising the implementation of the monthly sales targets;
- Implement, track and follow up on monthly activity sales operational targets;
- Preparing and implementing development plans;
- Account management for existing and new clients;
- Keep contact with other departments during daily operation;
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in sales (B2B);
- High analytic skills for strategy development, business planning;
- Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills;
- Can do attitude;
- Self-driven, able to work independently in matrix structure;
- Driving license (B);
- Native Polish and Fluent English;
