THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
This medical device company is growing in the south of holland and that is why they are searching for an extra sales professional for there team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will part of the Sales team and will be responsible for achieving the strategic and operational sales targets with your existing and new accounts. You are visiting major accounts and you are in close contact with their key technical and commercial people to identify their technical needs and to translate these into customer solutions. To develop the right strategy and approach towards your customers, you are cooperating closely with our Commercial Teams and you are supported by the Sales Support team. This position reports to the Commercial Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet the agreed targets with staff and keep control
- Train and develop your team to lift sales
- Develop and create business strategies and cost analysis
- Responsible for training events and scientific projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in medical
- 3-5 years experience in sales of medical devices
- Strong leadership and coaching experience in the specialty field
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel
