We are looking for a passionate leader, real team player focused on achieving and exceeding results to join the team in Poznań. Within this role you will work together with with the Regional Country Manager and functional heads. Area Manager will be responsible for a region (several cities), build & develop a team, manage P&L.

Description
- Looking for and signing local partnership, building and managing a commercial team
- Recruit and train your team
- Take care of operational excellence, readiness to improve the service constantly
- Institute best practices and processes which can be used across all areas.
- having a direct impact on dedicated area
- Lead a team in charge of launching services in new cities and driving them to success in record time,
- Build, scale, communicate and maintain detailed reporting models to assist expansion efforts, both on a strategic and operational level.
- Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team.
Profile
- 4+ years of experience in consulting / business development / start-up or similar.
- Familiar with CRM tools
- Analytical skills
- Excellent Polish & English required
- Excellent communication skills
- Have an owner mindset: You are responsible for growing in new cities and digging deep to solve any problems.
- Experience in managing small teams
- very hard working with proved strong track record of excellent performance.

- Ability to work with remote teams through clear and concise communication
- Ability to balance swift pace of execution with attention to detail
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Good planning and organization skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
