YOUR NEW JOB:
You will be responsible for managing an Account Receivable team, monitoring team production, and team performance against KPIs. You will report to the AR manager and work closely with the AR team, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams within their team’s responsibility.
You will mange an AR team, receive transitioned AR processes from regions and stabilize these processes, perform, with the team, the day-to-day AR operations within the ISC: credit control, cash application, reconciliations, dunning, customer master data maintenance. Your task will be to identify continuous process improvement opportunities to promote standardization and improve efficiency within AR activities and also:

YOUR NEW JOB:

You will mange an AR team, receive transitioned AR processes from regions and stabilize these processes, perform, with the team, the day-to-day AR operations within the ISC: credit control, cash application, reconciliations, dunning, customer master data maintenance. Your task will be to identify continuous process improvement opportunities to promote standardization and improve efficiency within AR activities and also:
- prepare cash receipt forecasts, which will go to the treasury team
- provide leadership, training, motivation and guidance to their team
- prepare monthly reports as required by the region
- assist and support with financial and tax audit and compliance requests in relation to AR activities performed by the team
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree/masters in Economics, Finance, Business Administration (or similar)
- Experience in a shared service department and global outsource collection department
- 2 + years of experience as a team lead (in Accounts Receivable would be an asset)
- Fluent in English,
- Knowledge of Dutch
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (experience with Oracle ERP would be an advantage)
- Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Leader with the ability to motivate people
