AR Specialist with German

We are seeking AR Specialist to cooperate with German-speaking entities withing the group.

Client Details

Our Client is a company that provides risk management and asset protection software and services for the automotive and insurance industries.

Description

• Register customer payments and refunds.
• Creation of manual invoices and credit notes.
• Answering question from customers related to invoices, payments terms, etc.
• Contacting debtors and arranging payment dates and monitoring progress on debt repayments.
• Execution of the direct debit.
• Insolvency: registration of claims.
• Coordination/handover of claims to collection agency as per coordination with sales.
• Block or unblock users upon coordination with respective sales operator.

Profile

• At least Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Working experience within accounting departments.
• Fluent German.
• English language skills - nice to have.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Very good communication skills.
• Team player.
