For our Client a well-known global company, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join the financial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in managing financial accounts within an organisation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire process of collecting payments from the company39s customers.
Supervise Accounts Receivable Clerks.
Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department39s goals.
Monitor processing of invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
Conduct credit checks and negotiate with clients in non-payment cases.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
Organise records of invoices, bills, and deposits.
Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law.
Stay updated on industry and legislative changes.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a similar position.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
Ability to accurately process numerical data.
Team management skills.
Problem-solving attitude.
