AR Collection with English 100 % remote work For our client, international company, we are looking for a person to hold AR Collection Specialist role.
On this role you will be responsible for accurately and timely review open accounts for collection efforts and review and monitor all applicable dunning and collection reports assigned accounts. Significant for this role will be also preparation of various collection reports; performing reconciliations and collecting supporting dunning documentation. AR Collection will be supporting Accounts Receivable and Treasury department in matching payments and investigating any account differences. Important for this role would be also making outbound collection calls and mail communication in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations and maintain and provide all the necessary documentation useful for the collection activities and the customer relationship. Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and participation in continuous improvement process will be also an important duty as well as communicate with internal and external customers in an effective and efficient manner and report periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements.
We are looking for a person with excellent (C1) knowledge of English and university Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Perfect Candidate should have at least one-year experience in dunning and collection, customer service and relevant financial experience (preferably in international SSC or BPO environment). We are looking for a person with knowledge of accounting basic principles, very good SAP and MS Office knowledge, good communication, problem solving and analytical skills. The Candidates will get extra points for experience with customers care. We are looking for you if you can work independently and adapt to fast changing international environment.
