AR Accountant (m/f)
Our Clients is creating their first Financial Business Center in the Group and because of that, it is an ideal opportunity to check own capabilities to work in the international environment. They look for motivated person for a new position in AR area. Main purpose of the role is to provide AR activities to the Hungarian business unit. The company is locates in Katowice.

Their products are innovative and desired by the majority of Clients within the automotive sector. Currently they make a great investment in Katowice, where they centralise processes and create new positions to add more competence in their functional areas.
Description
- Responsibility for customer billing process and self-billed transactions
- Perform daily invoicing activities
- Supervise the process of cash collection
- Monitor of payments on past due invoices
- Processing of incoming payments
- Bank statements reconciliation
- Providing information of significant changes in account status in a timely and professional manner
- Daily general AR accounting activities related to month-end close process
- Involvement in migration, stabilisation, optimisation of AR processes in the future
- Strong cooperation with internal and external Clients (internal sales/logistic/accounting departments, company's Clients)
- Reporting in AR area
Profile
- University Degree or other professional qualification(s) in a Finance or Accounting
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in accounting area (AR, AP or GL)
- Experience in SSC/BPO structures or other international companies will be a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint),
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Excellent English language command
- Effective organisational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills, hands-on attitude
