Andea is looking to hire Account Executive with experience in selling Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic account executive who will focus on selling APS solutions to mid and large-sized manufacturing companies in Central Europe. We are looking for a hunter as you will be mainly responsible for acquiring new APS clients.


What will your role be?
• Searching for new business opportunities.
• Assisting the marketing team with planning and execution of marketing activities (ex. tradeshows, email/web/social media campaigns, webinars, etc).
• Promoting APS products and services.
• Managing sales processes - offering, negotiating, contracting and supervising the implementation of products and services.
• Preparing sales reports for the management team.
• Monitoring and analysis of the APS market and competitors' activities.

What do we expect?
• Independent, self-sufficient and creative individual that can engage and influence senior level contacts in large manufacturing companies.
• 2+ years of experience selling APS solutions (ex. Ortems, Preactor, Asprova, Adexa, SAP APO).
• 5+ years of experience as a quota carrying Account Executive.
• Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles – demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
• Good communicator (written and oral - Polish a must, English at B2 level or higher a nice to have).
• Proficiency with sales tracking/CRM software.
• Availability to travel: 25%.
