For our Client, well-recognised manufacturer of construction materials, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Application Support Team Leader.
Your new role
Holding this position you will lead, motivate, and develop Application Support team to ensure that service levels constantly improve and contribute to growth in new business, establish relationships with middle to senior management and stakeholders, manage risk as well as schedule and allocate team members to meet business demands. What is more, your duties will also include anticipating the impact of business issues on operations, contributing and participating in identifying overall service improvements and identifying opportunities for further efficiency and automation.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to possess University Degree as well as at least 3 years of experience in IT Support & Service Desk. Knowledge on the level of 2 ndline support in SAP systems (SD or PP), familiarity with Service Desk operations as well as basic knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP-EDI / IDOC monitoring and preprocessing, C++/Java/SQL server/HTML/Flash/PHP/CMS and Mobile Aps for iOS/Android is also required from you. Very good English is a must.
