We are looking for:
Application Support / Support Group Manager
Location: WrocławJob duties include:
- maintenance of SQL scripts and stored procedures
- perform application root cause analysis and problem investigation
- write articles in support knowledge base to improve efficiency
- dividing the tasks between the support group team members
- making sure that support team is providing courteous customer service in an accurate and timely manner
- facilitating communication between support and development parts of the team
- keeping management informed of outstanding issues
- preparing weekly/monthly reports of the team performance
- monitoring cases which are assigned to the support team
Requirements:
- general IT knowledge
- SQL basics
- proficient at Windows server knowledge
- MS Excel proficiency
- excellent communication skills
- fluent English
- ITIL foundation certificate would be a plus
- Agile & teamwork approach
