Your new role
Holding this position your role will be to manage ticket priority, resolve application issues related to production environments as per SLAs – Analysis/Trouble shooting/Debugging. You will be also responsible for every day interaction with clients for: requirement understanding, unclear/ incomplete requirement, additional requirement, input data issues. As part of your duties you will be responsible for providing of final results to customer/end user, plan workload activity against deliverables and monitor progress effectively and assist the Project Manager in the planning and effective application of change management principles to the project, where required. You will act as Application Support Specialist to develop relationships with the aim of being seen as a trusted support personnel to customers and colleagues, lead in the problem-solving of issues through to resolution, providing considered workaround and viable solutions to the customer. You will be also involved in establish and build effective relationships with customers with excellent communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to be able to fluently converse in German (B1 min) and English language, have overall 2-3 years of relevant experience as IT Specialist in corporate environment. You need also to have experience in providing 2nd line of support, trouble shooting, it would be really appreciated if you could show off your skills in Unix shell script, Perl script , Windows Batch script and SQL queries. Previous experience with PLM software (also user) would be added advantage.
