For our Client, an international IT Services office of production company we are looking for a person interested in the role of Application Support Specialist Okta.
Your new role
- Investigate, resolve and/or escalate all tickets related to Okta (business and process related)
- Act as ticket owner and maintain high quality communication with the business
- Achieve a high 2nd level resolution rate w/ adequate documentation
- Assessment of the incident / service request
- Resolve if possible and in line with internal procedures and personal authorization level
- Cooperate and communicate with 3rd level support if needed
- Comply w/ procedures, segregation of duties and service levels
- Contribute to knowledge management
- Customize, configure and parametrize systems accordingly to Standard Changes List
- Collaborates with Okta System Owner
- Perform other activities provided by your Team Lead
What you'll need to succeed
- Understanding of Identity management
- Knowledge of Technologies:
- Infrastructure Design
- Network (SSO, VPN) - directory services authentication (LDAP, AD, AAD)
- 2+ years experience working with Okta
- ITIL Service Management Knowledge
- Okta experience- Simple SQL queries
- the ability to model simple queries in regex
- Basic REST API experience
- Simple JS scripts writing/reading skill
- Microsoft Azure knowledge
- Mulesoft knowledge (beneficial)
- Talentsoft knowledge (beneficial)
- Fluent in English, German is nice to have
- Well-versed in intercultural communication
- ITIL Foundation certificate nice to have
- Structured working method
